At Women’s Healthcare of Morristown, protecting the health and safety of our patients, visitors, and staff is more important now than ever. We’ve implemented many protocols during the COVID-19 crisis that we’ll continue to follow. Here’s what you can expect at your upcoming appointment:
Visitor restrictions are still in place at this time, and include:
- Only one adult support person 18 years or older will be allowed to accompany you to your office visit
- Women giving birth may have two designated visitors during their stay who may visit in the room at the same time.
If you’re sick or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, call our nurses’ line to receive instructions on what to do.
Patients will continue to be screened for fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
All patients, visitors, and staff are required to wear masks while at our clinics. To conserve masks for our staff, we encourage you to bring a mask from home.
Some waiting areas have been reconfigured to meet social distancing requirements. You may be asked to remain in your car and call the office to notify staff of your arrival to help eliminate lobby wait time.
We’ve implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, especially in high-contact surface areas such as lobbies and patient areas.
To help protect our mothers and babies, all prenatal classes have been cancelled until further notice. Until we can resume face-to-face classes, here are free online classes to help you prepare!
